Defective Returns Policy

We will accept returns for defective items up to 15 business days after you receive your product. We will credit your return ground shipping cost to your account, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Select the item to return and also the quantity to return. Once you have submitted the return, wait for a response from us with an RA number to write visibly on the outside of the box. Please pack the items to be returned securely using the original packaging material, enclose the following: a) your original bill of sale, b) name, address, contact telephone/fax numbers, and email address c) brief description of the product defect. You should expect to receive your replacement part within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Shipping

Unlike most internet retailers, we stock everything we sell. 100% of the products you see online are in stock and ready to ship when you order them. However, in rare instances and due to an error beyond our control an item may not be available as shown. In such cases you will be made aware of the error.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. The Cold Turkey is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
